|| Enjoy and afternoon of learning about Spiritual Healing and Mantra Meditation ||
In this workshop, we’ll explore how Mantras can help us to heal and transform cravings, bad habits and trauma, and create a sense of inner freedom and fulfilment beyond all material stresses.
When we think of ‘self-care’ and healing, often the first things that come to mind are hot baths, essential oils, massages and herbs. While these activities are all beneficial, the roots of self-care are founded in being disciplined in activities that directly nourish the Self.
In this workshop we’ll be looking into:
– The healing power of mantras
– Discovering how to nourish your self spiritually
– How Mantras can support you in improving self-discipline
– How to add Mantra Meditation to your daily life
The afternoon event includes guided meditation, kirtan, pranayama mantra meditation, and japa, plus a take home meditation kit.
There will be plenty of opportunity to have your personal questions answered, as well as an allocated time for creating your own Holistic Lifestyle plan (a worksheet that gently guides you establishing your own personalised Self-Care regime).
