Rest and relax with this deeply restorative meditation session. Start off with calming breathing exercises and guided mindful meditation. Learn how to step back from the mind and watch rather than becoming caught up in the mind’s activities.
Then enjoy the wonderful effects of kirtan meditation as you feel your stress melt away. This deeply nourishing kirtan meditation (singing of sacred yoga mantras to music) will transport you to a place of inner peace, happiness and connection.
