Kirtan is the meditation upon mantras that reawaken our natural inner happiness and peace that is found in your heart. Let the music and mantras set you free! It is particularly wonderful to practice this meditation on the full moon.
Ben will also be sharing yoga wisdom from the ancient teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, that are very relevant to our own personal circumstances.
Dinner will also be included! A delicious and nourishing vegan curry made with love by our conscious cooks. Donations welcomed for dinner.
