The Australian School of Meditation and Yoga is a non-profit organisation with centres in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide and Darwin.
Each lifestyle centre is run by qualified teachers who offer relaxed and personable instruction incorporating asanas, meditation, kirtan, diet, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques for a holistic yoga experience.
The programmes of the Australian School of Meditation & Yoga are simple and enjoyable and can benefit everybody regardless of age or current physical condition. Our goal is to guide you to a more balanced lifestyle with an increased sense of wellbeing and vitality and to bring a greater sense of ‘sacredness’ into daily life.

Gayatri - Manager ASMY
Gayatri has been teaching yoga, meditation and spiritual wisdom at ASMY for over 20 years and has dedicated her life to passing on the wonderful gift of yoga.
Sami is a certified coach, yoga teacher, Ayurvedic nutritionist and mum of 4 with 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
Ishvara has been practicing kirtan and meditation for decades and is a popular kirtan leader at the Mantra Room Brisbane.
Sarala is the head cook at Sattva Cafe and The Mantra Room Brisbane. Her delicious, wholesome dishes are renown throughout the Brisbane yoga community.
