Day Retreat: Developing a Meditation Habit

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to spend the day in the tranquil Adelaide Hills with Acharya das and hear how establishing a regular meditation practice can transform your life.

Achraya das is a world renowned meditation and yoga wisdom teacher. He has taught meditation and yoga philosophy throughout the world to appreciative audiences for more than 40 years.

This day retreat will be focused on cultivating a regular meditation practice and includes three inspirational talks delivered by Acharya das along with the opportunity to ask lots of questions. By developing a regular meditation practice our inner qualities will unfold, allowing us to gradually improve our day-to-day happiness, begin living our best life – being true to who we are, and naturally become more beneficial to the lives of those we love.

There will also be guided meditation, blissful sacred music meditation (kirtan) and a delicious vegetarian lunch.

Cost: $40 ($30 concession). Includes a delicious vegetarian lunch, plus tea and snacks.

About Acharya Das:

Acharya das is a world renowned and respected teacher of yogic wisdom, Vedic philosophy, meditation, kirtan, and the path of happiness. He has taught to a wide variety of audiences for over 40 years, including yoga-teachers, in Australasia, America and Asia. He has conducted seminars for a wide variety of religious and faith communities on the issues of family, marriage, and transcending death.
