We know that meditation is good for us. That it will help us to stay grounded, relieve stress and help us to be more present. What is it that stops us from practicing it daily?
In this session, we’ll chat about the various blocks that the mind will put up and how can get around it. Blocks such as not enough time, not feeling focussed enough, and many, many other things!
Plus we’ll practice some meditation techniques that are simple to implement into your daily life.

This workshop will be hosted by Kalindi from Australian School of Meditation & Yoga – Darwin.
Kalindi was raised in a family of yogis and is extremely grateful for this guidance from an early age. She now dedicates her life to sharing the path of bhakti yoga with others, which includes yoga asana, meditation, kirtan and wisdom. This journey brought about immense transformation in her life – a life that is now filled with purpose and inner-fulfillment. You’ll find Kalindi along with her husband, Ben, teaching classes in Darwin.
