A half-day workshop to calm your nervous system, release burnout, and rebuild your energy: gently, and in a way that actually lasts.

Burnout builds quietly, layer by layer, until something starts to give.

You wake up tired, even after sleep. Your mind keeps going, even when you try to rest. You slow down… but don’t feel restored.

And the things that used to recharge you? They don’t quite work like they used to.

This is a space to come out of survival mode and learn how to stay out of it.

Banish Burnout is a deeply supportive half-day experience designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release accumulated stress, and rebuild your energy in a way that actually lasts.

Guided by Carolyn and Arjuna das, this workshop blends practical understanding with deeply restorative practices, so you don’t just feel better on the day, you leave with tools you can actually use in real life.

This isn’t about boosting your energy or pushing through.
It’s about understanding why you’re depleted and gently supporting your system back to a place of steadiness, clarity, and sustainable energy.

 

What you’ll experience

Nervous System-Calming Meditation & Breathwork
Simple, grounding practices to help your body slow down, soften, and feel safe to rest again.

Understanding Burnout (Without the Overwhelm)
A clear, relatable talk to help you understand what’s really happening in your body and mind and how to work with it day-to-day.

Stress-Relieving Yoga & Chakra Balancing
A nourishing yet energising practice to release tension and support regulation, including:
• Live crystal sound bowls woven through the session
• Mudras for stress relief
• Poses that support digestion and soothe the stomach meridian

Gentle Kirtan (Sacred Chanting)
A grounding, heart-opening practice to release emotional tension and reconnect you to your inner peace.

Deep Rest & Sound Journey
An extended, guided relaxation to help your whole system unwind, integrate, and restore.
