Mother of four, yoga teacher and women’s wellness specialist, Samantha Doyle, is known for her ability to simplify the complex concepts of Ayurveda in a way that makes the ancient practice available and applicable to modern day living.
Sami is the founder of Samantha Doyle Healthy Living, her wellness coaching business, which aims to inspire and educate people to transform their health through the core teachings of yoga and Ayurveda. Sami now trains health professionals all over the world with her method of health coaching, ‘Ayurvedic Transformation Coaching’, which aims to empower people with organic, authentic behaviour change.
With 10 years experience in the industry, and personal training, nutrition and yoga certifications, Sami continues to encourage her clients to live well, be present and gain the energy they need to live a healthy, productive life.
Acknowledged for her ability to blend the realms of eastern & western health in a way that makes holistic healing accessible and relevant to everyday life, the bhakti yoga instructor is on her way to achieving her Diploma of Yoga Therapy, specialising in Addiction and Recovery.
Sami incorporates Kirtan and Mantra meditation in all her yoga classes and workshops, as she whole-heartedly believes in the power of personal growth by experiencing the spiritual potency of Mantra.
Author of “Your Ultimate Body Guide,” a 12-week yoga and Ayurveda based wellness program for modern-day busy women, Samantha hopes that her words and offerings will enlighten and guide others towards achieving inner and outer peace and harmony.
