Bringing the two most powerful systems for transformation together in one workshop - this 5hr event is all about helping you develop and harness the power of understanding the Doshas for developing your yoga practice.
We’ll be doing a deep dive into some of the most practical techniques for personal development, all of which will help you bridge the gap from wanting to change and being able to confidently navigate your way through life with a joyful, mindful approach.
We’ll be flowing through 3 mini yoga classes - one for each dosha (Vata, Pitta and Kapha). Each class will contain dosha specific asanas, breathing techniques and Mantras for healing - the perfect combination for purifying the body, calming the mind and cultivating self-awareness. Take home a class plan for each Dosha inside your Ayurveda for Yoga workbook.
Plus, we’ll be looking into how to develop observation and assessment techniques to guide a safe, balanced practice whether it’s for yourself or as a tool to use with your students.
