This immersive workshop is your chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect. You’ll be introduced to timeless wisdom and practical principles that help you live each day with balance, energy and clarity. Whether you’re new to Ayurveda and Yoga Wisdom or already weaving them into your life, you’ll gain fresh insight into how manageable adjustments to lifestyle, environment, and nourishment can transform your wellbeing.
Part 1 of the workshop begins with yoga and mindful movement to release tension. By exploring the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, we will move into key understandings of your nature and your inner ecosystem: noticing your personal inner “climate” and seeing your body as a living landscape. Together, we’ll explore your inner ecosystem — the unique climate of your body and mind — and how it influences digestion, mood, sleep, focus, and vitality. You’ll learn about the energies that shape your inner world and how they connect with daily cycles, solar and lunar phases and how to align with them You’ll discover how the three life cycles of growth, transformation apply across all phases of life and, importantly, how to utilize them to live as your best self. We’ll also explore the microbiome as your “inner army” and the vital gut–mind connection that shapes wellbeing. You will also learn to apply foundational daily practices that support healing from within.
Part 2 shifts into yogic living and intuitive practices. Together, we’ll explore supportive practices such as the power of inviting meditation and breathwork into your day. We’ll also look closely at bodily nutrition — food choices, eating habits, and current practices — while identifying opportunities for inviting change. You’ll gain a clear understanding of mindful eating: what to eat, when to eat, and how to eat for optimal wellbeing. Finally, you’ll map out your own nourishment plan and leave with practical tools to integrate these insights into your routine with ease.
This workshop includes your personal workbook to capture key learnings, insights, reflections, and your individual plan for moving forward as well as a meditation pack.
