Take time out this spring to nourish the mind, body and soul, in an immersive, rejuvenating and relaxing, spring wellness event. You are most welcome to this blissful evening of yoga asanas, deep peace guided meditation, breathwork, kirtan music meditation, followed by a nourishing vegan gf meal.
Special Guest Renowned International Yoga Wisdom Teacher & Kirtan Leader Acharya das will then give an inspiring talk on ‘Are We Considering the Underlying Causes of Climate Change – A Spiritual Perspective’, followed by Q & A.
Free/donation admission, beginners and all others welcome to this event – no prior experience in yoga, breathwork, kirtan or guided meditation necessary, as unlike some forms of meditation, you do not need any previous experience to feel the benefits. This practice is non-sectarian and is for everyone, regardless of race, nationality, religion, age, gender or any other external designations.
Please feel most welcome to join the program at any time while being mindful of others, however most benefit will be experienced by joining the full program if your schedule allows.
