Are holistic in nature and works on stretching and strengthening the muscles in our body. It also includes breath work and meditation to relieve tension in the body and the mind. You will leave feeling alive and with a sense of peace and inner calm.

Yoga is not about competing or comparing oneself with others; it is to increase your own physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

New to Yoga Asana Classes?

  1. Yoga asanas are done barefoot.
  2. Come 5 – 10 minutes early to allow you time to sign in and get ready for the class.
  3. Wear comfortable modest clothing that allows you to move freely.
  4. We have yoga mats available for use but encourage you to bring your own.
  5. Beginners welcome
  6. No bookings required
  7. Enjoy a great all over body stretch and feel relaxed and great afterwards!
