Our Yoga Asana Classes
Are holistic in nature and works on stretching and strengthening the muscles in our body. It also includes breath work and meditation to relieve tension in the body and the mind. You will leave feeling alive and with a sense of peace and inner calm.
Yoga is not about competing or comparing oneself with others; it is to increase your own physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Whether you’ve never set foot in a yoga centre before or have been practicing for some time, you will find our authentic yoga classes friendly, welcoming and relaxed.
Our centre is easily accessible by the 86 Tram (Bundoora RMIT - Waterfront City Docklands)
Thursday morning yoga returning January 15 2026.
Mon/Tues/Wed evening yoga resumes from February Monday 9th 2026.

- Please bring your own mat
- Yoga asanas are done barefoot.
- Come 5 – 10 minutes early to allow you time to sign in and get ready for the class.
- Wear comfortable modest clothing that allows you to move freely.
