At the Australian School of Meditation & Yoga, we offer several regular meditation programs each week.
If you would like to learn breath-work, mindfulness and mantra meditation to better deal with stress more effectively, and if you would like to experience the wonderful benefits of weekly group mantra meditation with music, we offer a variety of wonderful meditation programs for you to choose from.

Deep Peace, Relaxation & Kirtan Meditation
Experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of yoga relaxation and sacred mantra meditation. These ancient yoga practices can help you overcome stress and anxieties, help relieve tension and calm the mind. This session feels blissful and helps you to experience heartfelt inner peace. Fully guided breathing, mindfulness, relaxation, and sacred music meditation (kirtan).

Tuesdays 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm (Mindfulness & Sacred Music Meditation (Kirtan)
Wednesdays 7 pm – 7:45 pm (Deep Peace)

Kirtan - Sacred Chanting Meditation
Kirtan is an inspiring and heartwarming practice of group meditation using sacred mantras and music. It is a wonderful and easy way to practice meditation which is both spiritually uplifting and very relaxing. Kirtan meditation brings peace and happiness to our heart, and a deep inner connection and satisfaction for the soul.
Everyone is welcome.

Meet our Teachers
Initially I was attracted by the friendly people and vibes and the amazing vegetarian food at the regular meditation programs I attended but soon wanted to learn more about the deeper meaning of meditation and self-realization.
Gradually, by regularly meditating and exploring the authentic spiritual wisdom behind the practise of meditation, I gained a deeper sense of happiness, positive direction, real purpose and meaning to my life.
Feeling enlivened by my experience with mantra meditation, and in line with ancient tradition, Gopala dasi and I have been teaching meditation free of charge for over 30 years. We both experience great happiness in sharing the sublime and effective process of meditation and spiritual wisdom with others.
