Meditation Teacher, Yoga Teacher

For some time I always wondered what yoga was about, imagining it to be too slow and gentle for my liking. It wasn’t until I was invited along to a class by my wife that I learnt about the beauty of yoga asanas – that a class can be dynamic and strong, yet relaxing and rejuvenating.

After practicing for a number of years I completed my yoga teacher training with a fantastic teacher who provided a great insight into how yoga asanas and meditation can be applied in our daily lives to help us lead a fulfilled and peaceful life. This was when my journey in life really began – appreciating and applying the wisdom learnt through meditation which has led to a meaningful and purposeful life.

My style of asana teaching focuses on cultivating strength while working with the breath to help release any tension and stress we may feel from our day-to-day lives.
