My yoga asana practice started when I was struggling with knee pain, stiffness and having difficulty in going down stairs following four knee operations. Through daily asana practice, I began to really feel the benefit of yoga, and amazingly the condition of my knee improved.

My true journey into yoga began when developing my knowledge of asana, meditation and philosophy through Veda Yoga Teacher Training at ASMY. Since then I have had many wonderful opportunities to share yoga with many people.

As for my personal asana practice, I am learning Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Therefore my yoga class is a flow style class, which can be slow or more challenging according to people’s strength and flexibility, synchronising movement and breathing. I am looking forward to seeing you on the mat at ASMY in North Adelaide and sharing the wonderful benefits of yoga with you!
