I have been passionate about hatha yoga since I started practicing 15 years ago. I am particularly focused on alignment which sets a good foundation for one’s hatha yoga practice and helps people to develop good habits.

My style of teaching and practice are greatly influenced by using the “breath” as a guide to finding one’s own pace, allowing the release of tension and stress and at the same time being able to re-energise.

I aim to create a warm and friendly atmosphere to encourage people in their hatha yoga practice.
