Final Freestyle

Our free university classes are run by our offshoot - Freestyle Chillout! Freestyle Chillout is affiliated with and run university clubs at Griffith University, Southern Cross University and Bond University. At each campus they operate as the yoga, meditation and adventure club. You’ll be in your element with these fun loving cats of all things cool!

See below for their free weekly on-campus classes, as well as their off-campus adventure and meditation day trips and retreats. Griffith University Gold Coast (Southport)

Yoga Flow, Meditation and Afternoon Tea

When: Mondays 2 – 3pm, followed by afternoon tea
Where: Uni Fitness (G07), Griffith University Gold Coast
Students/Staff: Free class, Griffith University id card must be shown, mats provided.
General Public: $3, byo yoga mat or large towel.
Afternoon Tea: $2

Yoga Flow, Meditation and Vego/Vegan Dinner

When: Wednesdays 5:30 – 7pm, followed by dinner
Where: Sky Lounge (G11_4.29), Griffith University Gold Coast
Students/Staff: Free class, Griffith University id card must be shown, mats provided.
General Public: $3, byo yoga mat or large towel.
Dinner: $5

Southern Cross University (Coolangatta)

Yoga Flow and Meditation

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:15 – 1:15pm
Where: Building A Room 1.29, Southern Cross University
Students/Staff: Free class, Southern Cross University id card must be shown, mats provided.
General Public: $3, byo yoga mat or large towel.

Bond University (Robina)

When: Mondays 5:30 – 6:30pm
Where: Building 10 Level 3 Room 3, Bond University
Students/Staff: Free class, Bond University id card must be shown, mats provided.

Adventure and Meditation Day Trips

Once a month Freestyle Chillout mix it up with a full day of thrills and chills! Breath-taking locations, epic adventures, like-minded people and of course ….. good vibes. Day trips vary from rainforest retreats, hikes, beach bike rides and bonfires, paintball, laser skirmish, rock climbing, zip lining, and much, much more. All events include guided meditation and kirtan (sacred yoga chant). Adventure and Meditation Retreats

Yoga and meditation retreats with a freestyle flair! Prepare to have your mind blown as you escape the daily grind and have a blast exploring, connecting and finding peace at these out of the ordinary retreats. Locations vary from beach houses, retreat venues, camp sites, house boats and much, much more.
