We are kicking off our programs for 2024 with a very special event! Our good friends are joining us to help set up an extra special evening and lead us through the wonderful practice of kirtan! Please note, we will be starting earlier than usual at 5:30pm.
Come for an authentic evening of guided heartfelt kirtan; mantra meditation accompanied by music. Enjoy the atmosphere, make friends, and rest in a truly spiritual experience.
The program includes kirtan, mindfulness, mantra + breathing, and a vegetarian meal.

About kirtan:
Kirtan is the most powerful form of meditation yet very doable and fun. This kirtan we are sharing has been passed down through an authentic yoga lineage originating from the Supreme Lord. This sublime practice is the recommended process for self-realisation in this modern age. Simply listen to the mantra being chanted then respond if you wish. Take the mantras home with you and feel free to join us for kirtan whenever you like.
