This chutney is absolutely delicious served with samosas, pakoras or as a side dish with Indian curry or dhal. Yoghurt and mint are known for their cooling properties, so this chutney is a great accompaniment for hot and spicy dishes.
Yoghurt Mint Chutney
- 200g natural yoghurt
- 5 tsp sugar or honey
- 3-4 sprigs mint leaves, chopped
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
