Make this a regular morning wake up drink and you’ll be bouncing out of the kitchen and into your day with freshness and vitality. There are choices of different fruits and veggies so you can vary your taste sensations throughout the week. Be sure to experiment with your own combinations once you have had a few goes at the recipes.

The lime, apples, and spinach work together to boost the body’s natural ability to flush out toxins and reduce inflammation, while the antioxidants in kiwi, spinach and celery fight free radicals.

SERVINGS: 2

1 apple, diced or 1 cup pineapple diced
2 kiwi, peeled and diced
Juice from 1 lime or lemon
1 handful spinach or kale
1 stalk celery or small head broccoli
1 tsp honey or more to taste
1 tsp grated ginger or 1 tsp grated turmeric
1 cup purified water or ice

BLEND all ingredients together and sip slowly
