Another pot is collecting the liquid pouring down the body. Collected liquid is commonly used to massage the body. Treatment ends wrapping the person into moist towels to contain the warmth.

Shirodhara treatment may be performed with different liquids, such as: buttermilk, medicated milk, coconut water, plain water or some herbal oils. The type of liquid used for Shirodhara depends on required treatment.
