This half day retreat will be held in the beautiful Adelaide hills, the perfect place to get out into nature and spend time with like-minded people. Our yoga and meditation program is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to long time practitioners.

10:00am – Yoga asana class
11:00am – Yogic relaxation and breathing, mindfulness, meditation
12:00pm – Light lunch
12:15pm – Cox Creek walk
1:00pm – Delicious high tea
2:00pm – End of retreat day
